CNC machining

CNC stands for “Computer Numerical Control” – computer-controlled machine tools. CNC machining is a very precise cutting process (turning, milling, drilling) that is suitable both for series and for a single finished part.

We machine cast iron, non-ferrous metals (bronze, brass and copper), steels, stainless steel and other metals to customer requirements. We produce parts to drawing, or from an old part – we create the drawing ourselves.

What we offer

  • CNC turning on six turning centres – up to D 600 mm diameter, 1,250 mm length and workpieces of up to 3,000 kg
  • CNC milling on vertical machining centres – parts up to 1,300 × 600 × 500 mm
  • Conventional machining – roughing, conventional turning and thick-walled bushings

Frequently asked questions

Which materials do you CNC machine?

Cast iron, bronze, brass, copper, steels, stainless steel and other metals. We supply the material from our own stock of cast iron and non-ferrous metals.

What accuracy do you guarantee?

Typically IT8–IT7 and a surface roughness of Ra 1.6–0.8 µm straight from machining.

Can I order a semi-finished blank instead of a finished part?

Yes. If you do not need a finished part, we can supply a semi-finished blank – for example cut or rough-machined material.
