CNC turning
We offer fast and precise CNC turning on six modern CNC lathes and turning centres with driven tools, most of them with a Y axis. We turn parts up to D 600 mm in diameter, 1,250 mm in length and up to 3,000 kg in weight.
We machine parts and castings in cast iron, non-ferrous metals (bronze, brass and copper), steel, stainless steel and other metals, achieving IT8–IT7 accuracy and a surface roughness of Ra 1.6–0.8 µm straight from machining.
What is CNC turning?
CNC turning is the machining of internal or external rotational surfaces with a turning tool. The workpiece performs the main cutting motion while the tool performs the feed motion. CNC turning offers high efficiency and repeatable accuracy – which is why we use only high-quality machines to produce precise, identical parts.
Typical turned parts
Plain bushings and bearings, flanges, labyrinths, non-standard pulleys and crane travel wheels. Custom plain bushings are delivered within 10 days, other parts typically within 2–3 weeks depending on material availability.

- MAX Müller MD 20 turning centre, 120 tools, maximum diameter D 600 mm, length 1,250 mm, hydraulic steady rest, workpiece weight up to 3,000 kg (built 2008).
- CNC lathe Doosan PUMA 2100Y, X/Z: 406 x 560, maximum diameter D 406 mm, 12 rotary tools (built 2019).
- CNC lathe Doosan PUMA 2600SY II with sub-spindle, Y axis and bar feeder up to D 65 mm (in operation since 2021).
- CNC lathe Doosan LYNX 2100LY, X/Z: 205 x 560, maximum diameter D 300 mm, 12 rotary tools (built 2022).

Do you also turn small parts from bar stock?
Yes. The PUMA 2600SY II with sub-spindle and bar feeder handles bar material up to 65 mm in diameter.
What do you need for a quotation?
A drawing of the part, the material and the quantity. If you do not have a drawing, send us the old part and we will create the drawing from it. We produce from a single piece.
