CNC milling
We offer fast and precise CNC milling on vertical machining centres with workpiece and tool probes and internal coolant. We mill precision parts up to 1,300 × 600 × 500 mm.
We machine parts and castings in cast iron, non-ferrous metals (bronze, brass and copper), steel, stainless steel and other metals, achieving IT8–IT7 accuracy and a surface roughness of Ra 1.6–0.8 µm straight from machining.
Typical milled parts
Bronze and cast iron strips, flanges, labyrinths and machine tool tables. We produce from a single piece to small series, typically within 2–3 weeks depending on material availability.
CNC milling equipment
- DMG DMC 1035 V vertical machining centre, max. working range X/Y/Z: 1050 x 600 x 660, table load up to 950 kg (built 2013).
- DOOSAN DNM 6700 vertical machining centre, max. working range X/Y/Z: 1300 x 670 x 625, table load up to 1,300 kg (built 2021).
